The following are some of our Policies for Lessees as well as some Frequently Asked Questions about renting/leasing with CaliCourt Properties.

Frequently Asked Questions

Calicourt Properties offers both pet-free and pet-friendly units. Please see our community pages for specifics of each property.

Leases currently are written for a period of 12 months. At the end of the lease, tenants may remain month to month, with a possible rent increase, or resign another lease at the same rental rate.

The security deposit on our apartment homes is equal to one month’s rent. New tenants can pay this deposit in 2 installments.

Calicourt Properties requests payment of rent be made in the form of money order or personal check. We also accept payment by credit card using the Square system. Payment is mailed to our business address or made in person at one of our onsite office locations.

Calicourt Properties does not currently offer utilities-paid apartment homes. All tenants are asked to qualify for utility service in their name.

Please use the Maintenance Request Form here on our website to submit a request. In most cases we will respond back within 24 Hours unless the situation is an emergency.
